Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
half a cup of oil
2 oranges with skin on cut in quarters (wash well and cut the tops off)
2 cups of flour
1 table spoon of baking powder

Method

Preheat oven to 180β€’
Add all ingredients except for the flour and baking powder into a blender or food processor and blend well.
Once blended, add the flour and baking powder and continue to blend.
Pour into a greased, lined cake tin
Bake for 45 minutes.
