So, the recipe book doesn’t specifically say which cookies these are based on but it takes little imagination to figure it out…
The homemade version are slightly different as they are slightly more chewy and the icing is slightly softer and less dry. The old, “twist, lick, dunk” ritual may not be so necessary.
These were really fun to make!! The recipe is quite simple and quick (well, each batch only needs 10 minutes at a time so it does depend on your oven size).
